On 03rd May 2018, the high level ranking delegation of the Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC Japan) headed by Mr. Manabu SAKAI, Vice Minister visited Vietnam Post. The delegation was accompanied by representatives from the International Co-operation Bureau, Postal Policy Division, Japanese embassy in Hanoi and Japan Post.

In order to deeply propagandize the harm of smoking and passive smoking to every person, on 31st May 2018 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Information & Communication, Vietnam Post coordinated with the Ministry of Health (Vietnam Tobacco Control Fund) held the special issue Ceremony of the stamp set “Tobacco harm control and prevention”.

In order to deeply and widely propagandize to raise awareness of public on the harm of smoking and passive smoking, the Ministry of Information & Communication coordinated with the Ministry of Health – Vietnam Tobacco Control Fund to issue the stamp set “Tobacco harm control and prevention”, including 01 sample, face value of VND 3,000 under special protocol on 31st May 2018 in Hanoi.
