Implementing the Decision No. 45/2016/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on receipt of dossiers and return of results of settlement of administrative procedures via public postal service in the field of Health, Vietnam Post has contributed to the reform of administrative procedures, improving the satisfaction index of organizations, enterprises and citizens across the country. On 16th May 2018 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Information & Communication and Vietnam Post held a Signing Ceremony of a Cooperation Agreement on the implementation of the Prime Minister's Decision on receipt of dossiers and return of results of settlement of administrative procedures via public postal service.
