On May 17, 2022, within the framework of the working program of the Vietnamese Post Delegation at Universal Postal Union, the Vietnamese Delegation led by Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Minister of Information and Communications joined a meeting with Mr. Jean Paul Forceville - Chairman of the Postal Operations Council (POC) and representative of the La Poste Delegation to share multilateral and bilateral cooperation issues. Attending the meeting were senior officials from the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam Post and EMS Vietnam.
