On the evening of August 26, 2021, at the 27th Congress of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) held in Abidjan - Ivory Coast, representatives of 192 member countries voted to elect new members of the Postal Operations Council (POC) for the term 2022-2025. With a higher percentage of votes, Vietnam is one of 48 countries elected to the POC.
