Ly Thuong Kiet is a great famous General, the soul of greatest victories in the Vietnamese history in the XI century. Ly Thuong Kiet whose real name is Ngo Tuan, alias Thuong Kiet. After making dedication, granted by the imperial, graft his surname onto the alias to be Ly Thuong Kiet. He was born in 1019 during the reign of King Ly Thai To and passed away in 1105 during the reign of King Ly Nhan Tong, lived to be 86 years old.
PTI applies electronic bill replacing paper bill

Started from April 2019, Post and Telecommunication Joint Stoke Insurance Corporation (PTI) has implemented to apply electronic bill to replace paper bill through its units: PTI Thang Long, PTI Sai Gon, PTI Thoi Dai So. It is expected to be deployed simultaneously on all member units of PTI on 01st June 2019.

Within the framework of the activities celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the EMS Cooperative with the participation of nearly 200 member countries, from 28th – 29th March 2019 in Bern, Switzerland, Vietnam EMS (Vietnam Post) has once again been awarded Gold medal for Performance and Customer Care Award by the EMS Cooperative and the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
