This is the 6th consecutive year that Vietnam EMS has achieved the Performance Award and the 3rd year for Customer Care Award. These awards are not only a recognition of the achievements and efforts of Vietnam EMS but also contributes to improving the role and position of Vietnam Post as well as Vietnam EMS in the postal industry worldwide.
Over the past years, Vietnam EMS has always paid special attention to enhance the development and application of technological solutions in managing operation and business activities, consequently modernizing sorting facility to ensure better EMS quality. Vietnam EMS has always been rated as one of the 10 countries with the best EMS performance and customer care among EMS Cooperative.

In 2018, 17 members of the EMS Cooperative received the Performance Award. In which Gold medals were awarded to Vietnam, Latvia, Georgia; Silver medals were given to Hong Kong, Belarus, Slovenia, Samoa, Singapore, Azerbaijan, Macao, Korea, Paraguay, El Salvador, Cyprus; Thailand, Gibraltar, Switzerland received the Bronze medals.
Customer Care Awards were awarded to Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria (Rep.), Cambodia, China (People's Rep.), Georgia, Ghana, Hong Kong (China), Korea (Rep.), Luxembourg, Macao (China), Madagascar, Mongolia, Paraguay, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Togo, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
