On 21st May 2018, the Vietnam Post Corporation, the Central Youth Team Council, and the Vietnam Postage Stamp Association cooperated to organize the closing and awarding ceremony of the Stamp collection and awareness Contest in 2018 with the topic “Protecting rare and valuable animals through the postage stamps” in the Kim Dong primary school, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City .
