Trong nhiều năm qua, hình ảnh Tổng thống Nam Phi Nelson Mandela được Bưu chính các nước thành viên UPU lựa chọn để đưa lên con tem. Bưu chính Việt Nam sẽ phát hành con tem kỷ niệm100 năm ngày sinh của Nelson Mandela vào cuối năm nay.

Vietnam Post is carrying out the receipt of dossiers and return of results of settlement of administrative procedures in nearly 4,000 serving points across the country. In 2017 only, over 9 millions dossiers, results of settlement of administrative procedures were sent via Post. This information was shared by Member of the Board of Management of Vietnam Post, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vinh at the National Conference on digital Government with the topic of “digital Government progress towards modern and effective administration” on the morning of 05th July 2018 in Hanoi.
