Bac Giang province: signing Cooperation Contract on collection of electric bill payment

Leaders of the two Parties signed on the cooperation contract

Accordingly, Bac Giang province Post shall use software-applied electric payment program to connect and process the data in order to fasten and save time for customers. 

The two Parties come to agreement in some contents as follows: Bac Giang EVN shall manage the data base of customers’ electric payment, supply correct information via accessing and account notification system for Bac Giang province Post to serve the payment of electric bill collection transactions. At the same time, it shall cooperate with Bac Giang province Post to propagandize, instruct about electric bill payment products; inform customers to come to post offices or community cultural postal points to pay the electric bill and fully delivery electric bill to electric users …

Every day, Bac Giang province Post shall run the cross-check of payment collection data and transfer the entire amount of money collected to specialized account for collection of EVN units directly under the Company in compliance with regulated time. Bac Giang province Post shall seriously implement the delivery, balance of data, fully sign on delivery receipts. 

On the last working day of the month, two Parties shall review the entire data collected within a month. Bac Giang province Post shall transfer back all the electric bill payment to Bac Giang EVN before 16:30 at the same day. Bac Giang EVN shall pay collection fee for electric bill payment to Bac Giang province Post from 1.2 – 1.7 thousand Dong/bill based on collection rate. 

As informed, since September 2018, Bac Giang province Post shall pilot the collection service for electric bill payment in communes, namely Bao Son, Chu Dien, Dong Hung and Doi Ngo town, Luc Nam town. Then it will be applied in the entire province.
