To honor Leonardo da Vinci and acknowledge his contributions, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued the stamp set “500th Death Anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519)”. This issue is comprised of one stamp and one block depicting “The Lady with an Ermine” painting and “The Last Supper” wall painting by Leonardo da Vinci alternatively and one first-day cover.
