Postal officers take part in survey to determine Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS)

Experienced postal officers are selected as surveyors

Accordingly, from September 2020, provincial posts selected their employees with intensive experience and ability as surveyors. In the early days of October, surveyors at post offices are carefully trained with professional skills to ensure the highest results of the survey. It is expected that from October 14th to November 6th, Vietnam Post surveyors will carry out the delivery and collection of survey sheets in provinces and cities. In order to meet the professional requirements of sociology surveys, Vietnam Post has fully arranged manpower, equipment and applications of information technology to ensure the effective provision of survey sheet delivery and collection services as required by MoHA.
