This draft Circular stipulates the maximum rates for the following universal postal services: Maximum rate for domestic ordinary mail service; maximum rate for ordinary mail service from Vietnam to other countries. These ordinary mail services also include postcard.
The draft clearly specifies the maximum rates for the domestic basic mail services. Accordingly, in the period of 2018-2020, the maximum rates for the domestic basic mail services shall be equivalent to 80% of the service cost, in specific:
