The Co-operation Agreement focused on three areas: Co-operation to implement dossiers collection and results delivery of administrative procedures through public postal services and the provision of postal delivery services; Co-operation to provide postal finance services of pensions payment, social insurance, social security, people with meritorious services payment services between agencies / organizations and people; Co-operation to consolidate and improve operation capability of Post Office – Communial Culture Points.

 Mr. Tran Thanh Duc - Vice President of Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee suggested Departments, divisions, branches and People's committees of districts to seriously implement and publicly post the Administrative procedures announced by the Decision No. 1749, 2100 of Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee at theirs offices, units and at the same time widely propagandize postal services and public administration among the people.
