Vietnam Post and Lotte join in comprehensive cooperation

With this service Agreement, Vietnam Post and its subsidiaries are prioritized to provide postal services for Lotte and its members, including: international and domestic express mail services (EMS) and economic delivery services for goods and documents among Lotte and its subsidiaries and customers; delivering the promotion gifts, birthday presents… to Lotte’s clients/partners in Vietnam, and especially, providing e-commerce and international and domestic logistics services for the whole network of Lotte.

Vietnam Post also provides financial postal services such as: collection payment services, remittance, postal savings, flower and gift telegraph services, non life insurance and life insurance for staff and employees.

In addition, Vietnam Post provides printing and folding services; paper bag and carton boxes for Lotte; designs, prints and distribute Tet calendars for Lotte and its members; provides advertisement services for Lotte on the post office network; conducts advertisement strategies such as printing and distributing adverts of Lotte at post offices or at addressees; designs, produces and provides gifts or stamp pictures for Lotte.

Lotte and its members, in turn, will be prioritized to provide goods and services for Vietnam and its subsidiaries, such as specific products made in Vietnam or imported from other countries and other products distributed on Lotte Mart network for Vietnam Post employees, customers and its subsidiaries. Two parties will cooperate to provide products distributed by Lotte members for Vietnam Post partners or customers. Lotte also sells insurance or financial postal services of Vietnam Post at all Lotte shops.

Lotte will also cooperate with Korean media companies to provide copyright contents for Vietnam Post and its subsidiaries to renew their image to attract more customers.
