Vietnam Post held training program on International Postal Payment

The training program was directly performed by the UPU experts
The training content focused on supporting trainees to implemant and effectively use the UPU Quality of Service tools, including hadoop Quality Control System Finance (hQCS Finance), Financial Electronic Inquiry System (FEIS), e-Compendium, as well as joining PPS*Clearing Group. In the 05 days-training program, trainees were given the chance to exercise on the new modules and interfaces.
During the training sessions, the UPU experts have pointed out various potential risks in the area of electric postal financial, data storage, auditory that may occur in the process of operation. The experts also took site visit to the working areas next to the Vietnam Post headquarters, such as: Thang Long Post Office, Southern Sorting Center, Information Technology Center, Data Checking Center. Based on the UPU’s PPS regulations and QoS standards, the experts initially evaluated the Postal Payment Services currently provided by Vietnam Post to comply with the regulations and standards.

The collective trademark
As the only postal designator in Vietnam, Vietnam Post is responsible for the deployment of the PosTransfer trademark – the one single brand of UPU for International Postal Payment Services. At the 25th UPU Congress in Doha - Qatar, the idea of the collective trademark was raised up in prospect for “managing the development of the UPU worldwide electronic postal payment services network”.
