Vietnam Post launches a web portal on IT and IT Service Desk

and Director of IT Center pressed button to officially launch its web portal on IT and IT Service Desk.

This is one of the most important tasks in Vietnam Post’s digital transformation strategy and in its effort to convert Vietnam Post into a technology enterprise to be more innovative in its IT operations to change operation, management, development and IT communication into digital environment.

This web portal provides IT activities of Vietnam Post, shares the latest technology news in the world; introduces and advertises products, technological solutions of Vietnam Post, e-Government solutions, smart city, enterprise solutions; introduces Vietnam Digital Map Project (VMAP), PostID, Portal of martyrs, martyrs and Martyrs Cemetery... and many other projects for the whole community.

IT Service Desk is the web port of communication and support for operation of IT services for all IT labor forces on Vietnam Post network, for technical staff, operation staff nationwide. All requirements for technical support for software systems will be handled, managed and combined on this IT Service Desk system. To date, IT Service Desk has been deployed to all IT officers of Vietnam Post and its subsidiaries; accounts were granted to over 4,000 operation staff and over 800 requests for IT support were settled down on this system.
