Vietnam Post opens a training course on sales skills for sales staff

In the current context of strong information technology development, there appears a trend that businesses shift their direct business model into online sales, leading to more delivery and transportation services developed to meet their increasing demand.
Now, Vietnam Post is providing post and delivery services for many online businesses. This is the diversified customer group, requiring close research and active and creative solutions offered by postal operators to timely meet their increasing demands, improve sales efficiency.
Vietnam Post opens these training courses to equip its employees with sales and marketing knowledge and skills, market research, creating customer relations, consulting and presenting products, focusing on customer care and sales promotion. Especially, lecturers focus on special skills for learners to position Vietnam Post brand, understand customer needs, filter demand by technology to attract more customers. By the end of the training course, learners complete a multiple choice test and do final project task.
The training schedule includes 08 courses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
