Vietnam Post provides support in transporting medical materials to Covid-19 areas

Vietnam Post staff receive medical donation from the Young Vietnamese Physician Association to deliver to Covi-19 areas

Accordingly, Vietnam Post will support transportation service fee for aid and medical equipment of the Young Vietnamese Physician Association sent to areas with high rate of Covid-19 infection, especially Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and central provinces.

Vietnam Post will transport these donation items with about 500kg/trip. Delivery time is priority with the fastest transportation speed to ensure sending items to destinations.

In addition, Vietnam Post also take advantage of Information Technology 4.0 in the context of the spread of Covid-19 pandemic by creating and controlling the shipment on My VNPost application to reduce travelling and direct contact between senders and post office staff.

Central Youth Union Head quarter is the depot to receive aid and medical materials and send to 63 provinces and cities nationwide.

Supporting time starts from 1 April 2020.
