In return, Vietnam Post shall promote the coordination with GOPFP to design and implement domestic and oversea propaganda activities through the services and network system of Vietnam Post. At the same time, Vietnam Post shall enhance the propaganda on population and development towards people domestic and oversea via its products such as stamp, post card, envelope, calendar and other communication channels which are the strong advantages of postal network. Vietnam Post shall support GOPFP in market research, statistical investigation of population through the system of post offices and postal transaction points throughout the country. It shall also prioritize to provide GOPFP with its services namely, delivery, newspaper distribution, publication printing, stamp gift, flower delivery, gift delivery, insurance and other services of Vietnam Post based on the comprehensive cooperation with GOPFP.

Speaking at the Signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tan, Deputy General Director of GOPFP and Chairman of the Board of Management Pham Anh Tuan affirmed that the signing of Cooperation Agreement is to exploit the most of strong points of network systems as well as human resources of the two Parties, contributing to improve mutual operational efficiency and general development of the society. Leaders of two Parties also expected the Cooperation Agreement would be promptly realized heading to long-term co-operational benefits and mutual development with guidelines of guaranteeing quality and efficiency, in accordance with the provisions of Law.
