Vietnam won the honourable mention in the 46th Universal Postal Union's International Letter-Writing Competition in 2017

After winning the 1^st prize at national level, the letter written by Nguyen Do Huyen Vi, a 8^th/9^th  grade pupil from Tay Son Junior High School in Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, Vietnam has won an international honourable mention. The UPU’s General Director Bishar A. Hussein sent a letter to Vietnam Post to congratulate and officially announce the awards for Nguyen Do Huyen Vi and the List of Winners this year.
