Announcement of Consular Department – Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) on records acceptance and result return of administrative procedure settlement

1) From 16 March 2020, One-door Section of MOFA accepts records and returns the results of administrative procedure settlement through public services provided by Vietnam Post.

2) Individuals and businesses are requested to submit administrative records at post offices of Vietnam Post in Hanoi or provinces, cities.

3) Components, quantity of records and processing time keep unchanged (except for sending and delivering time)

In an effort to protect and control Covid-19 pandemic, protect the community’s health, individuals and businesses are requested to cooperate to implement.
