How to register receiving pension at home?

From 16th April 2020, Vietnam Social Security and Vietnam Post will organize the payment of pension, social security allowances of April and May at the same time. For recipients who register to receive cash at home, they need to register on the website: https://ansinhxahoi.vnpost.vn or contact to the call center 1900.545481.

Since it takes more time to make payment at addressees than as usual, and many permanent addresses written on the Social Security Book are different from the current addresses of pensioners and social insurance beneficiaries, and their contact numbers are not updated when they changed addresses, it is difficult to pay cash at their addresses. In order to ensure the fastest and safest delivery, Vietnam Post’s Information Technology Center has developed the registration  system for pension, social security allowances  and social welfare subsidiaries for devotees through the website  https://ansinhxahoi.vnpost.vn.

To register receiving pension at home, pensioners can access to website: https://ansinhxahoi.vnpost.vn and do the following steps:

1. Fill the form fully and correctly in the information fields: “Full name”; “Province/City”; “Selection of number” (select one of these information: Social Insurance code, Social security Book number or payment card number/code); “Code” (fill in the Social Insurance code, Social Insurance Book number or payment card number/code – properly with the information selected at “Selection of number”); insert security code.

2. Click “Search”

When finding the beneficiary’s information, continue the next steps:

1. Input the correct address of house number, road, group, hamlet/village.

2. Input contact number (compulsory) and Email (optional).

3. Input security code

Registering the information on the system “ Registration for payment of pension, social security, social welfare and devotee allowances  starts from 04th to 14th April 2020.

After the information is fully and correctly filled in, the system will be automatically updated. Accordingly, post office makes a list of beneficiaries who receive cash at home and design the most convenient payment routes at each area.

This system is designed simply and easily for users to do on computers, mobile devices with Internet connection.

In case that beneficiaries are unfamiliar to computers and mobile devices, they can ask their relatives to register, input data on the system at https://ansinhxahoi.vnpost.vn. The fulfillment of information is very simple and convenient.
