Information Technology Center of Vietnam Post is assigned as Group Leader of Information Security Incident Response Network

The group leader is responsible for assigning specific tasks to 01 unit leader and 01 focal point to assume the prime responsibility for organizing the operation of the group.

The group leader is responsible for formulating programs and plans for organizing the group's activities during the year. At the same time is the focal point to coordinate with the Executive Board of the network; National Coordinating Agency - Vietnam Cyber Emergency Rescue Center, Department of Information Security, Ministry of Information and Communications (VNCERT / CC Center) organizes activities of national incident response network in the group areas.

Members of the Group are jointly responsible for the establishment of the Group’s activities, organization of activities of each business unit in accordance with the overall orientation of the Group and the Network Executive Board. Besides, members also regularly share information with network members in the group, ready to coordinate and support nearby members in respond to information security incidents.
