More than 44,000 user accounts have been identified and authenticated on PostID system

The user registers an account on the PostID electronic identification and authentication system

The PostID system has been connected to the National Public Service Portal. Accordingly, authenticated accounts will easily be able to log in and submit online documents to perform administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal and other service portals of ministries, sectors and localities that connect to it. Logging in will now be a one-time thing, rather than having to create multiple accounts for every public service portal of all ministries, sector and localities.

Starting from March 13, traffic and transportation fines for administrative violations have been paid through the National Public Service Portal. As registered by the system, more and more authenticated user accounts on PostID are using the features to pay traffic fines on the Portal and to receive the results at home via the Post. Especially with the current complexity of COVID-19 pandemic, people do not have to go to crowded places to pay fines and get results which contribute to reduce the risks of infection.

According to the regulation, each organization or individual is only granted 01 unique PostID account. Individuals and organizations are not subject to any charges and fees when performing electronic identification and authentication on PostID system.

Vietnam Post will ensure the service registration, usage, provision and management to be accurate, safe and confidential.

However, for accuracy and safety purposes, individuals and organizations need to provide complete and accurate information. In particular do not disclose your PostID account information to others; do not let others use your PostID account in transactions.
