Training program for Vietnam Post – “E-Commerce Operations Management”


“E-Commerce Operations Management” course in Kim Lien Hotel

The 04-day course provided participants with comprehensive and practical knowledge in E-Commerce Operations Management, analys of current business environment for Posts, how to build a business plan in postal business and experiences of marketing and service quality.

The series of lectures was delivered by an experienced guest lecturer, Mr. Anucha Soonglertsongpha, Course Director of APPU. He has strong background in marketing and E-Commerce and was formally in charge of international postal services in Thailand Post.

He shared with the trainee experiences in implementing E-Commerce business of other Posts in APPU, such as Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong...

On the course, the trainees was also given exercises and chance to present their understandings and ideas on how an e-Commerce business plan for Vietnam Post would be built.

In summary, E-Commerce will bring Vietnam Post opportunities in postal business. However, it also has many challenges. This training program is a part of Vietnam Post’s long term plan to develop E-Commrce services with a view to meet the increasing demand of customers.
