Vietnam Post issues its Master IT Architecture (version 1.0)

This master IT architecture is driven to accelerate application deployment so that IT becomes the foundation, tools and effective solutions that promotes the modern process of manufacturing business, improving productivity, quality and competitiveness of Vietnam Post. Transforming its IT application platform to catch up with the world's leading enterprise development trend in the postal and logistics sectors, Vietnam Post is heading for optimization and automation to reduce manual labor forces.

This overall architecture sets out the goal of management model and implementation innovation of Vietnam Post office in its direction of ensuring centralized and unified operation, ability of technology master and creativeness; ensuring compliance with the competence and level of employees across the network in each development stage; minimizing the number of applications at production processes; enhancing the integration and usability, convenience of each application; ensuring a connection between Vietnam Post’s IT infrastructure  with customers, partners at domestic and abroad; ensuring information security and safety.

Board of Management of Vietnam Post defines that IT architecture needs to be updated periodically to be flexible in deploying, applying; timely adjustment and replenishment to suit domestic and international changing environment and conditions.
