Vietnam Post signed cooperation agreement with Interserco and ALS

President & CEO of Vietnam Post, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan signed the Cooperation Agreement with General Director of Interserco, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa and General Director of ALS, Mr. Vu Hoang Thao

Under the Agreement, Vietnam Post shall prioritize the services of ALS’s and Interserco’s warehousing, logistics and office services at the airports, maritimeports, ICD ports, warehouses, etc. In return, ALS and Interserco shall provide transportation services for Vietnam Post in the domestic and international sea transport by container, as well as in domestic and international air transport.

With over 40,000 employees and a system of nearly 13,000 service points, Vietnam Post shall coordinate with ALS and Interserco to organize and handle related procedures as well as to provide other services for the E-commerce market based on customer’s demand.

According to the President & CEO of Vietnam Post, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Vietnam Government is taking the development of E-commerce and Logistics into great consideration. In this field, Vietnam is a potential market for many oversea companies. With its existing advantages, Vietnam Post always persists with and tries its best for the development of Vietnamese enterprises in general. Mr. Pham Anh Tuan also emphasized that Vietnam Post is looking forward to a long-term cooperation, coherency, walking together and further between Vietnam Post and ALS and Interserco.

Speaking at the Signing Ceremony, Mr. Phung Tien Toan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Interserco cums ALS affirmed that with the professional performance from operation method to the leading volume and scale of production of Interserco and ALS, combined with the network of Vietnam Post, it would creat the strengths that bring forth the successes for all Parties. Thanks to this cooperation, Vietnam Post, Interserco and ALS will become the pioneers in the market of E-commerce and Logistics across the country in the future.
