Vietnam Post signed cooperation agreement with Vietnam Paper Corporation

Executive Vice President of Vietnam Post, Mr. Chu Quang Hao and Deputy General Director of Vietnam Paper Corporation signed in the Cooperation Agreement 

Under the term of Agreement, Vietnam Post shall coordinate to implement the model of agency distributing Vietnam Paper Corporation’s products and services at its transaction points. In return, Vietnam Paper Corporation and its affiliates shall provide printing paper, writing paper, photocopy paper with the brands of Bai Bang, Cleverup to Vietnam Post and its affiliates. At the same time, they shall also supply tissue and toilet paper products of Watersilk and Comfy brands, as well as do outwork (customize) and supply paper products as requested by Vietnam Post.

With the nationwide network covers to villages and communes, and the workforce of 42,000 staffs, Vietnam Post shall, in turn, provide international and domestic delivery services for printed matters, documents and merchandises of Vietnam Paper Corporation. Vietnam Post shall also offer Datapost services (printing, folding, inserting, packing and producing envelopes…); Newspaper Distribution services for Vietnam Paper Corporation. In addition, Vietnam Post shall also implement Cash on Delivery (COD) service for Vietnam Paper Corporation’s shop/agencies; Flower and Gifts delivery service, Non-life insurance service, Motor vehicle service insurance, Technical property insurance, Fire insurance, Cargo insurance; Life insurance service for Vietnam Paper Corporation. Particularly in the field of distribution, communication and advertising, Vietnam Post shall provide consumer goods services such as: stationery and consumer goods package for the employees of Vietnam Paper Corporation. At the same time, the two Parties shall cooperate in the manufacture of products related to paper field which could be published on the distribution channels of Vietnam Post; as well as in the printing, designing and issuing of Tet calendar under the trademark of Vietnam Paper Corporation and its affiliates; printing and delivery of brochures, catalogues and posters to stores and agencies throughout the country. Vietnam Post shall also coordinate with Vietnam Paper Cooperation to organize communication and advertising services of brand images, products and services of Vietnam Paper Corporation and its affiliates at the transactions points of Vietnam Post: outdoor advertising (LED screen, wall panel or stand panel, bandroll, poster…); additionally, advertising on postal publication: postal stamp, envelope, postcard with stamp.
